Understanding Analytics
Track your business performance with real-time dashboards, revenue reports, and customer insights.
Dashboard overview
Your analytics dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your business performance. See bookings, revenue, customer activity, and trends at a glance.
Access it via Dashboard → Analytics. The default view shows the last 30 days, but you can adjust the date range to see weekly, monthly, or custom periods.
Key metrics
- Total bookings — Number of appointments booked in the selected period
- Revenue — Total earnings from completed bookings and payments
- New customers — First-time clients who booked with you
- Return rate — Percentage of customers who book more than once
- Average booking value — Revenue divided by number of bookings
Customer insights
Understand who your customers are and how they interact with your business. The customer insights panel shows demographics, booking frequency, and popular services.
Tip: Use the "Top Services" report to identify which services drive the most revenue, then focus your marketing efforts there.
Exporting reports
Download your analytics data as CSV or PDF for accounting, tax filing, or team presentations. Click the export button in the top-right corner of any report view.
DigiFinance integration
Analytics data automatically syncs with DigiFinance for comprehensive financial reporting. Revenue, expenses, and tax data are all connected.
