Why use loyalty programs?

Loyalty programs are one of the most effective tools for customer retention. Studies show that repeat customers spend 67% more than new ones. DigiLaunch makes it easy to create and manage programs that keep customers coming back.

Creating a loyalty program

Navigate to Dashboard → Marketing → Loyalty and click "Create Program". Choose from three program types:

Points-based

Customers earn points for every purchase or booking. When they reach a threshold, they can redeem points for discounts or free services.

Stamp card

Digital version of the classic stamp card. After a set number of visits, the customer gets a reward (e.g., "Buy 9, get 1 free").

Tier-based

Create Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Customers unlock better rewards as they move up levels based on spending or visit frequency.

Tip: Start with a simple stamp card program — it's easy for customers to understand and has the highest engagement rates.

Tracking & analytics

Monitor program performance in real-time. See enrollment rates, redemption rates, and the revenue impact of your loyalty programs.

Customer notifications

Customers receive automatic notifications when they earn points, reach a new tier, or have a reward available to redeem. Customize these messages in Loyalty → Notifications.
