Learn how to set up your calendar, manage appointments, and let customers book directly from your page.
Getting started with your calendar
The DigiLaunch calendar is the central hub for managing your availability and appointments. Once you set up your services, customers can book directly through your SpotSloth page or your custom website.
To access your calendar, navigate to Dashboard → Calendar from the main menu. You'll see a weekly view by default, with options to switch to daily or monthly views.
Setting your availability
Define when you're available for bookings. You can set different hours for each day of the week, block out lunch breaks, and create recurring time-off periods.
- Weekly schedule — Set your regular working hours for each day
- Break times — Add lunch or rest breaks that block out booking slots
- Time off — Schedule holidays, vacations, or one-off unavailable periods
- Buffer time — Add padding between appointments (e.g., 15 min cleanup)
Tip: Set buffer time between appointments to avoid back-to-back scheduling and give yourself time to prepare.
Managing appointments
When a customer books an appointment, you'll receive a notification in your dashboard and via email. You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly from the calendar view.
Confirming bookings
By default, bookings are auto-confirmed. If you prefer to manually approve each booking, toggle the "Require confirmation" setting in Calendar → Settings.
Rescheduling
Click any appointment to open its details. Select "Reschedule" and pick a new date/time. The customer will be notified automatically via email and push notification.
Syncing with external calendars
DigiLaunch integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook. Any bookings made through DigiLaunch will automatically appear in your external calendar, and vice versa.
To set up calendar sync, go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar Sync and connect your preferred calendar provider.
