Messaging Customers
Communicate with your clients directly through DigiLaunch's built-in messaging system — no third-party apps needed.
Overview
DigiLaunch Messaging gives you a real-time communication channel with your customers. Whether you need to confirm appointment details, share files, or answer quick questions — it's all in one place.
Free plan users have access to text-only messaging. Standard and Premium plans unlock file sharing, read receipts, and message templates.
Sending your first message
Navigate to Dashboard → Messages to open your inbox. You can start a new conversation by clicking the compose button and selecting a customer from your client list.
Message types
- Text messages — Available on all plans
- File attachments — Share images, PDFs, and documents (Standard+)
- Quick replies — Use saved templates for common responses
- Automated messages — Set up booking confirmations and reminders
Notifications
You'll receive push notifications and email alerts when customers send you a message. Configure your notification preferences in Settings → Notifications.
Tip: Enable "Auto-reply" in Settings to send an instant response when you're away, so customers know when to expect a reply.
Message templates
Save time with reusable message templates. Go to Messages → Templates to create templates for booking confirmations, follow-ups, and promotional messages.
