Team Management

Add team members, assign roles, and manage permissions — all plans include unlimited seats.

Inviting team members

Go to Dashboard → Team and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address, select a role, and send the invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Roles & permissions

DigiLaunch supports four built-in roles. You can also create custom roles with specific permissions.

Tip: Use the "Staff" role for employees who only need to manage their own appointments. This keeps your settings and billing secure.

Managing schedules

Each team member can have their own availability schedule. As an admin, you can view and edit everyone's schedules from the team calendar view.

Shared calendar

The shared calendar shows all team members' appointments in one view. Use color coding to quickly identify who's booked and who's available.

Performance tracking

Track individual team member performance in Analytics → Team. See bookings per member, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction scores.
